fix(android): full-height song context sheet + styled playlist-picker input

- Song context sheet now opens fully expanded (skipPartiallyExpanded) so the
  "Herunterladen" option at the bottom is reachable without an extra drag-up.
- The "new playlist" field in the playlist picker now matches the app's search
  bars: rounded 12dp, filled surface, leading icon, NsAccent/NsOnSurface3 borders.
