feat: add NetEase as lyrics fallback after lrclib (Android + web)

Search order: lrclib exact → lrclib fuzzy search → NetEase.
NetEase has strong coverage for Asian/Japanese music that lrclib misses.
Duration-matched candidate selection on all three steps.
