fix: consistent artist parsing across player, NP overlay, and song list

Extract parseArtists() helper — uses Navidrome's resolved artists array
when it has multiple entries, otherwise splits artist string on ';' only.
Removes old split on / that broke Au/Ra, HUNTR/X etc everywhere.
