fix: playlist cover upload — POST /api/playlist/{id}/image FormData with JWT

Confirmed endpoint pattern from Navidrome API contract (artist/:id/image).
FormData field 'image' + X-Nd-Authorization Bearer token. Bump SW ns-v36.
