fix(android): iTunes download sheet opens fully so the download button is reachable

The "was herunterladen" sheet (track/album/artist + Herunterladen) opened only
half-expanded, hiding the download button behind the system nav bar until you
dragged it up. skipPartiallyExpanded=true opens it fully (button already clears
the nav bar via navigationBarsPadding).
